Refund

1. If you have made purchase by accident or you changed your mind after purchase, then we do offer refund. In that case, we might charge you 2-6% fees which includes transaction fees, convenience fees. But we will do verification as did you speak to our sales representative before making purchase and did you agree with him about the purchase. In that case, we shall not offer any refund.
2. We have satisfaction money back guarantee. It means if you are not satisfied with results then we will offer your money. If you want refund from our satisfactory policy, then we will charge you 2-6% of the initial amount you paid for purchase, it’s for transaction fees and convenience fees. And rest of amount will be refunded to your preferred payment option or IBAN.
3. If you have purchased a product and want to return it then you would be charged for shipping costs. And rest of amount you paid will be refunded through IBAN or your preferred method.
4. If we fail to deliver any results, then are not responsible for harm to your company. We will offer your money back if we fail to deliver results. If you want us to get your brand image better, we will charge you extra for that.
5. If you or your company files bankruptcy or you go out of business, then we shall not give you refund. You can carry forward our services to your next business. For example, you purchased 6 months program, and you declared bankruptcy in fifth month of program then we can offer you last month program to be carried forward to your new company. You have to submit supporting documents and contact us before that.
6. As listed in article 5, if you file bankruptcy or go out of business during or near in our program then whatever type of guarantee/guarantees that we might have promised in forefront of purchases of program will be voided and, we shall not give you any refund.
7. As listed in article 5, you can carry forward remaining program to your new company if you declare bankruptcy or go out of business. Then in that case of remaining program period, whatever type of guarantee/guarantees that we might have offered prior to purchases of program for your previous company will we voided, and we shall not give you refund. We will continue providing our best services as we could, just like we would have for your previous company. But we will not give you any refund.
